A3 KRV was founded in 2015, and it presently has offices in Gurugram, Delhi/NCR (India). With an active team of architects led by Ankita, the studio has thrived throughout the years.
The seed of A3KRV was sown in Goa, where the founders met when they were just starting out as architects. They engaged themselves in the late architect Charles Correa's massive collection of work. His work is frequently displayed in stunning, but delicate, natural surroundings. Regardless, his interventions are bold and often harsh.
Contrary to popular belief, this does not result in dominance and submission of the environment. This duality, which is being examined in the context of a rapidly changing world, has become one of the practice's core concerns. Rather than taking centre stage, the firm thinks that building should serve as a backdrop to life.

Virtual Design Tour (VDT) is a Video graphics generated with help designing software. A3KRV employs virtual design tour to better understand the design at hand and to give clients a sense of the environments that are being created for them.

Process
The A3 KRV Project Work Process (APWP) is a single work flow for designing and developing capital projects for our clients. It is a comprehensive process that begins with a business opportunity and concludes with the start-up and completion of a project. During the design and development of a client's project, the APWP specifies "who" will do "what," "why," and "when."
Each stage of the APWP has a description that covers what will be done, when it will be done, and who will be doing it. Support tools such as checklists, templates, and/or examples are also included, allowing project team members to complete required activities in a timely and effective manner.
Each task has a checklist prepared to ensure ease in keeping records of work that has been done and delivered.
In the design industry, APWP is a tried-and-true work process for architectural projects that uses tools based on industry best practices to ensure the most efficient use of client funds by providing superior projects in terms of design quality, cost, and operating performance.
BIM
BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a smart 3D model-based approach that provides architects, engineers, and construction (AEC) professionals with the knowledge and tools they need to plan, design, construct, and manage buildings and infrastructure more efficiently.
